Today I’m launching a newly-redesigned version of the website. We’ve been working really hard on this, and I think it looks fantastic! If you have any feedback, please send me a comment and let me know what you think.

I’ll be in China for the next few weeks, so I apologize in advance if my posting is slightly delayed due to my travel. However, I promise to take lots of pictures, have several cooking lessons, and report back on the best things I find.
